We maintain an ecumenical network of people who have completed a five-day foundation training course. The network gives them a way of staying in touch, and keeping skills active.
- Some people in our Bridge Builders' Network have undertaken further training, for example in mediation skills, or in leading training workshops
- We run regular meetings - called Network Days - around the country to provide further training and skills development, and to enable people to support and encourage one another
- Members of the Network sometimes work as trainers, facilitators or mediators, either alongside Bridge Builders' staff or associates, or with one another
