Mediating Interpersonal Conflicts

A five-day residential training course
Demonstrates a carefully-structured process for interpersonal mediation
You practise the process step by step, building up confidence as the course progresses

This course develops peace-making skills that can be used in both formal and informal situations of conflict between individuals in a church setting - and beyond.

Intervening in Group Conflicts

A five-day residential training course
Demonstrates a range of ways of working with groups facing escalated conflict
You learn ways to design a process, and practise skills for promoting healing and dialogue

This course gives tools for identifying the roots of conflict in a church group and deciding how best to offer help from outside the situation.

Training of Trainers

A three-day training course (non-residential)
Demonstrates how to lead a Bridge Builders-style workshop, or series of workshop sessions
You practise using, and adapting, Bridge Builders’ training materials

This course builds confidence in training others in ways to engage creatively with tensions in the church, and to think differently about conflict.
