The best way into Bridge Builders' training is to do our foundation course. However, there are other courses (short and long) where no previous groundwork is essential, including those below:

Leading With Emotional Maturity

• A three-day residential training course
• Focused on personal growth and character
• Helps you understand, and transform, your pattern of relating to others

This course deepens the capacity of church leaders to stay at peace in challenging situations, through exploring relationships and patterns within the leader's own family of origin.

Open Network Days

• Occasional one-day training events
• Part of the programme of our Bridge Builders' Network
• Mainly practical in focus, helping to further equip leaders for the challenges of ministry

These Network days are an opportunity to explore some aspect of peace-making and reconciliation in the church, and to meet others looking to grow in their ministry.
