Michelle joined the Bridge Builders' staff in September 2011, when the main Bridge Builders office moved from the London Mennonite Centre to its present location at St Peter-le-Poer Church. She is responsible for administration, day-to-day financial management and publicity. Michelle has over 20 years experience of finance and office management working in local government.

Michelle worships at Our Lady of Muswell Church where she married her husband Marcus in the year 2000. The church is affiliated to Our Lady of Muswell Catholic Primary School which is attended by her two boys, William (born 2003) and Elliot (born 2007). Michelle and her husband both make time to help out with their church, school and a community afterschool club.

As a working mother of two young boys, any time left for personal interests is limited! Michelle does however enjoy gardening, swimming, walking and meeting friends and family. She also confesses to being a fan of shopping on eBay and networking via Facebook.
